summer of 2007 has seen the Muscles USA team installing
flagpoles in Edmonds, painting a rambler in Kirkland
and joining with international friends to complete a garden
makeover at Seqium. |

In
addition the team have raised thousands of dollars for American
Diabetes by again riding in the 'Tour de Cure' - a challenge
of cycling 100 miles in a day which attracted over 600 cyclists
for a gruelling route through the hills, lakes and wonderful
scenery of western Washington State.

In
September 2006
The
Muscles - USA team has a growing reputation, and a growing
team list. New and established members worked together to
replace a wooden deck situated at the rear of a detached property
in Issaquah.

Following
a very successful Helping Hands Silent Auction*,
the USA Muscles team have helped replace a deck and complete
some gardening work in Federal Way
during May 2006.

May 2005
As
a result of a charity auction for Helping Hands for the Disabled,
www.hhftd.org, the mission
was to transform a garden for Sandy Wood in the tree lined
suburb of Seattle called the City of Shoreline.
