She was a chorister at Salisbury Cathedral and subsequently at Wells Cathedral, and has toured extensively with both these and as a choral scholar in the chapel choir at Clare. She has been involved with many recordings over the years\including solos on Choral music by S.S. Wesley (Naxos), Voices - Choral music by Tarik O'Regan (Collegium), Malcolm Archer's Cathedral Music (Lammas), and two of Priory Records' British Church Composers Series - Percy Buck and Richard Lloyd. She made her opera debut in February 2007 as the Dew Fairy in Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel with Cambridge University Opera Society, and played Belinda in Purcell's Dido and Aeneas in a production by Clare College Music Society in May. She is a member of the Monteverdi Choir apprenticeship scheme, taking part in a tour of Europe in October and November of last year, and in December, a run of performances of Emanuel Chabrier's L'Étoile for the Opéra Comique in Paris.
