Marian Hellen plays her horn in orchestras and other groups all round the Eastern region. For light relief, she sometimes plays keyboards for the "Hay-Wire" barn dance band. Marian is a freelance proof-reader, typesetter, editor and arranger.

In her spare time she likes to arrange music, and she has a number of books published, including the "Double Act" duet series.

For relaxation, she watches Ipswich Town (!) and gets over-competitive at pub quizzes.
