- Each
human being is unique and complex. However there are also
many similarities and generalised behaviour patterns or
personality programmes that can be observed.
-
By the
age of three to five years old, we have each formed many impressions
and attitudes regarding how we interpret and interact with
our environment. Most of us never choose to go back and review
these attitudes, so spend the rest of our lives acting within
these "behavioural prisons".
- In the
part of the course that covers Personality Programmes, we
review the basic personality types, their associated behaviours
and attitudes, as well as how to recognise the degree to
which these programmes are present by observing facial features
and characteristics. Each of these personality styles have
both comfortable and uncomfortable aspects and we discuss
how the underlying belief systems are formed. Additionally,
we will explore ways to most effectively interact with the
various programmes - socially, professionally and personally.
